The doctors suggest a number of things for morning sickness. 5they are listed below:
a) Take a walk down the lane or over grassy land in the morning: If you take a walk in the morning then you can surely feel the difference. After a light meal go out and take some fresh air. It is advisable to walk and move rather than to keep sitting or lying in bed. At least your body relaxes and you can feel rejuvenated.
b) Make sure to eat what you want and whenever you want: if you have a longing for any kind of food, make sure to have it. This is extremely important during pregnancy. Even if there is morning sickness, the best remedy for morning sickness is to allow yourself have everything that you and your child would wish for.
c) Eating cold foods and avoiding hot foods may be a brilliant idea to avoid morning sickness: Cold foods are less harmful than hot foods. Especially those foods which are oven hot tend to create abnormalities inside the body. Therefore these foods should be avoided as much as possible.
If you have an aversion for any particular smell, it is always advisable to stay away from those foods. Especially the smelly eggs and bacon tends to have a harmful effect on pregnant women.
