A couple of many morning sickness myths you had probably heard of:
1. A morning sickness might hurt your baby. If your appetite returns once the first trimester of the pregnancy is over and you manage to keep balanced minimal diet throughout the first trimester, there will be no effect on the baby.
2. If you don’t have morning sickness, you have high chances to have a miscarriage. This is another myth – women who have miscarriage usually don’t suffer from morning sickness symptoms but still almost all the women who do not have the symptom will have no problem during their pregnancy.
3. There are no morning sickness remedies that work - In fact, I had found one that worked perfectly for here. Read about it here.
