Here are a few diet tips that should help you go through the morning sickness period:
1. Do not eat fried foods
2. Do not eat fatty foods
3. Eat small meals
4. Eat frequently
5. Drink a lot
6. Drink between meals and not with meals
7. Always have some bread, toast or a cracker near you
