Morning Sickness Remedies – Drinking Tips

Here are some drinking tips that will help you go through your morning sickness time:

1. If you can’t drink plain water, try drinking water with lemon or with ginger
2. Do not over drink in one time. Try drinking a small portion many times a day
3. Try drinking an sport drinks that will bring back some of the energy you lost vomiting
4. Try drinking Ginger tea to ease your stomach
