Morning Sickness Remedies – Foods and Drinks You Should Take

Here is a list of food and drinks which will make you feel better during the period of the morning sickness in pregnancy:

1. Water with lemon
2. Peanut butter crackers or other crackers
3. Breads and toasts
4. Ginger
5. Ginger tea
