4. Try drinking Ginger tea to ease your stomach

Out of all the morning sickness remedies, this one had helped me a lot and it is so easy: Buy a few packs of crackers and put one beside your bed.
If you get up at night with nausea, eat a couple of crackers and you will feel better.

When you get up in the morning eat several crackers and keep lying in bed for another 15 minutes or so.

Morning Sickness Remedies – Foods and Drinks You Should Avoid

Generally speaking, you should avoid eating or drinking anything you can not due to their smell or taste. Don’t make yourself eat anything because you will most likely vomit it afterwards.

Avoid eating hot foods as they usually have stronger aroma.
Avoid food with lots of Fat, fried and spicy foods.
