- The nausea which is caused during pregnancy is called the Morning sickness and the best medicine which can drive it off is the smell of lemons. The smell of freshly cut lemon has a good effect on pregnant women who suffer regularly from Morning Sickness.
- Avoiding empty stomach is yet another method by which Morning Sickness can be avoided. Empty stomach produces more nausea and vomiting and therefore may be a cause for morning sickness.
- It is always preferable to take 5-6 meals per day rather than to eat a lot of food at one time. This ensures that your stomach does not always remain full yet you don’t have an empty stomach. Eating dry crackers in the morning can also be very helpful.
