Finding the perfect morning sickness remedies is not easy because no one knows for sure what causes morning sickness.
Some of the possible causes are:
1. The stomach is going through a lot of changes, so no wonder it is expressed with vomiting and nauseas
2. The HCG hormone rises in the pregnant woman’s body right at the same time that morning sickness occurs so it might be correlated to it.
3. The hormone Estrogen rises in the pregnant woman’s body almost at the same time as the time of the morning sickness so it also may be correlated.
4. The smell and taste senses become much more sensitive in the pregnancy and may be the reason for morning sickness
